    He is the visionary founder and Special Advisor of Spark Innovation Educational Centre Inc. (a non-profit incubator) and Spark Enterprises Inc. (a for-profit accelerator). These community-focused hubs are instrumental in assisting startups and entrepreneurs in developing and launching innovative ideas and expanding their businesses. His unwavering commitment has fostered a dynamic, collaborative ecosystem centered on digital technology advancements.

     

    In his role as the co-founder of the Niagara Falls Ryerson Innovation Hub, in collaboration with Toronto Metropolitan University’s DMZ (formerly Ryerson University) and the City of Niagara Falls, he demonstrates an unyielding dedication. His current project, a Cross-Generational startup accelerator, is designed to harmonize the wisdom of experienced entrepreneurs with the energy of youthful founders.

     

    Dino's 38-year tenure as the Chief Information Officer for the District School Board of Niagara has been marked by a profound dedication to the educational field. In this capacity, he significantly enhanced the ICT infrastructure, bolstering student achievements and emphasizing the crucial role of digital technologies in education. This long-standing commitment underscores his deep-seated dedication to positively impacting the lives of young learners.
